Why I Rebranded My Luxury Wedding Planning Business

So why the rebrand?

Simple. I outgrew the box I built.

Don’t get me wrong—I’m still a luxury wedding planner at heart. I love a well-designed tablescape and a seamless timeline. But I started to realize I needed space to be more. More than just a wedding planner. More than just pretty photos and perfect color palettes. I wanted a brand that gave me room to show up fully—not just as a designer, but as a businesswoman, a creative, a Christian, and a woman who genuinely loves talking shop about branding, marketing, and building something out of nothing.

This new chapter is about doing it all—but doing it authentically.

Yes, I still plan weddings (and always will). But under Terran Ward Events, I’ve opened the doors to so much more: social events, nonprofit fundraisers, community festivals, faith-based gatherings, and eventually… coaching. I’m talking real business strategy, consulting, branding help, and even lifestyle content for women who want to build businesses while living beautiful, aligned lives.

Because here’s the thing—I’ve been in this game for over a decade. I’ve built multiple businesses from scratch, weathered storms (literally and figuratively), and figured out how to stay creative even when life feels chaotic. I want to share that with others—especially the ones who are just getting started and wondering how to make it all make sense.

This brand is me, top to bottom. It’s North Carolina roots with a global vision. It’s luxe but grounded. It’s strategy and soul. It’s where you’ll find real talk, beautiful design, and a whole lot of passion.
