I’m Angel — the detail-driven Executive Assistant behind the scenes at Terran Ward Events. My story lives in the details, and I’m passionate about the work I do. From timelines to logistics, I help ensure every celebration flows seamlessly and every moving piece is thoughtfully managed.
A native of Asheville, North Carolina, I bring a love for hospitality, organization, and meaningful experiences into everything I do. I’m married to my husband Chad, and we have a son who we absolutely adore. Family is at the heart of my why and inspires how I serve our clients with care and intention.

With a background in fashion, merchandising, and business administration, I naturally gravitated toward roles where creativity and organization come together to support a bigger vision. I always knew I wanted a career that allowed me to be part of something greater than myself, and working in events fulfills that purpose. As a mom, work-life balance is incredibly important to me, and being part of the Terran Ward Events team allows me to contribute in a meaningful way while staying present for my family — something I hadn’t found in previous roles. Outside of work, my love language is a good charcuterie board and an even better romantic comedy, which perfectly reflects my appreciation for thoughtful details, connection, and experiences that bring people together.

I’m a wife and mom who loves finding new ways to hide veggies in kids food, and thrives behind the scenes. I love creating structure, keeping things organized, and making sure nothing is overlooked. When I’m not assisting with events, I’m spending time with my family and friends.

I’m learning that the smallest details make the biggest impact. Strong communication, organization, and adaptability are key to supporting both the team and our clients at the highest level.

I’m not about chaos or disorganization. I believe in preparation, clear communication, and staying calm under pressure so every event runs smoothly.

How a fashion lover ended up in the world of event planning.
My path to becoming an Executive Assistant in the events world wasn’t exactly linear — it was more like a perfectly curated but slightly chaotic mood board.
I started in fashion and merchandising, where I learned how to style, organize, and make things look effortless (even when they weren’t). Add in a background in business administration and a natural willingness to roll up my sleeves and get in the dirt to make things happen, and it all started to make sense. Somewhere between supporting teams, jumping in wherever needed, and realizing I genuinely enjoy doing the behind-the-scenes work, I found my lane.
Stepping into my role with Terran Ward Events felt like the moment all those skills clicked together — equal parts creativity, logistics, and calm-in-the-chaos energy, with just enough humor to keep it fun.
